1. Who we are

Senda Dorada LLC ("Senda Dorada", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, at 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303 1309, Cheyenne, WY 82009. We supply Colombian specialty coffee on a business-to-business basis.

3. Pricing and freight

Coffee is priced per kilogram. Both checkouts show the coffee and the transport-and-handling line separately, and both lines are charged together in a single payment for the exact amounts displayed. A 1 kg evaluation sample is charged at the same published price per kilogram as the wholesale catalog, plus the published US-48 sample schedule of USD 35 for the first kilogram and USD 9 for each additional kilogram in the same box. A wholesale order is charged the coffee total, with any applicable catalog volume discount already applied, plus the published US-48 transport schedule for the order weight; a residential delivery address adds the published residential surcharge, and under EXW no transport line is charged because the buyer arranges carriage. Every amount is recalculated on our server from the published catalog before the payment session is created, so a price cannot be altered in the browser. The transport line covers international transport and standard handling only: it is not a landed cost, and we do not describe a shipment as DDP unless the written order actually assigns the applicable DDP responsibilities and costs.

4. Payment

Invoices are issued in USD by Senda Dorada LLC. Card checkout is hosted by Stripe, which also collects the shipping address; card details never reach our site. Sample and wholesale checkout each charge the server-validated coffee plus the published transport line as separate line items in one payment, for the totals shown before payment. Payment is confirmed by Stripe's signed server-side notification, not by any return URL. Preparation begins only after verified payment, origin availability and the applicable order terms are confirmed; if we cannot confirm availability or a required route adjustment, the cancellation and refund terms below apply to both the coffee and the transport line.

5. Shipping and customs

Responsibilities depend on the confirmed Incoterm and named destination. For an applicable DDP order, the final order documents identify who coordinates carriage, export/import steps, food-import filings, duties/taxes and delivery. DAP and EXW place different responsibilities on the buyer. Dispatch and delivery windows are estimates and can change because of origin availability, preparation, customs or carrier operations. See the Trust Center and shipping policy.

6. Refunds, cancellations and replacements

7. 1 kg sample credit and commercial benefits

8. Product

Coffee is an agricultural product; cup scores, availability and harvest characteristics vary by lot and season. Descriptions and SCA scores reflect evaluation at origin and are provided in good faith.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
