Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Senda Dorada LLC ("Senda Dorada", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, at 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303 1309, Cheyenne, WY 82009. We supply Colombian specialty coffee on a business-to-business basis.
2. Quotes, orders and reservations
- The sample and wholesale selectors show current published coffee values and the applicable US-48 transport line before Stripe Checkout. The server recalculates every line from the current catalog before creating a payment session.
- A draft or chat recommendation carries no financial commitment and never reserves inventory. A completed Stripe Checkout is verified from Stripe's signed server notification—not from a browser return URL—and remains subject to lot, destination and order-term confirmation.
- Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days unless stated otherwise.
- Minimum wholesale order: 10 kg. Maximum per order: 250 kg. Planning capacity may be up to 50 kg/day roasted and 60 kg/day green, but allocation, preparation and dispatch windows are confirmed for each order; they are not delivery promises.
3. Pricing and freight
Coffee is priced per kilogram. Both checkouts show the coffee and the transport-and-handling line separately, and both lines are charged together in a single payment for the exact amounts displayed. A 1 kg evaluation sample is charged at the same published price per kilogram as the wholesale catalog, plus the published US-48 sample schedule of USD 35 for the first kilogram and USD 9 for each additional kilogram in the same box. A wholesale order is charged the coffee total, with any applicable catalog volume discount already applied, plus the published US-48 transport schedule for the order weight; a residential delivery address adds the published residential surcharge, and under EXW no transport line is charged because the buyer arranges carriage. Every amount is recalculated on our server from the published catalog before the payment session is created, so a price cannot be altered in the browser. The transport line covers international transport and standard handling only: it is not a landed cost, and we do not describe a shipment as DDP unless the written order actually assigns the applicable DDP responsibilities and costs.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued in USD by Senda Dorada LLC. Card checkout is hosted by Stripe, which also collects the shipping address; card details never reach our site. Sample and wholesale checkout each charge the server-validated coffee plus the published transport line as separate line items in one payment, for the totals shown before payment. Payment is confirmed by Stripe's signed server-side notification, not by any return URL. Preparation begins only after verified payment, origin availability and the applicable order terms are confirmed; if we cannot confirm availability or a required route adjustment, the cancellation and refund terms below apply to both the coffee and the transport line.
5. Shipping and customs
Responsibilities depend on the confirmed Incoterm and named destination. For an applicable DDP order, the final order documents identify who coordinates carriage, export/import steps, food-import filings, duties/taxes and delivery. DAP and EXW place different responsibilities on the buyer. Dispatch and delivery windows are estimates and can change because of origin availability, preparation, customs or carrier operations. See the Trust Center and shipping policy.
6. Refunds, cancellations and replacements
- Availability: card checkout alone does not confirm inventory or reserve a lot. If availability cannot be confirmed, we contact the buyer about a substitute, revised timing or cancellation. Any refund is returned through the verified original payment method under the final order terms.
- Cancellation: an order not yet in preparation can be cancelled for a full refund. Order-specific roasting, grinding, labeling or preparation may become non-cancellable after work begins.
- Damaged, short or wrong order: notify quotes@sendadorada.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order reference, quantities, photographs of product, label, outer box and internal packaging. Keep the goods and packaging for carrier review.
- Returns: request authorization within 10 business days. Eligible unopened standard products must remain sealed and unused. Opened coffee and custom products are not returnable for change of mind. Full conditions and the authorized Wyoming address are in the shipping and returns policy.
7. 1 kg sample credit and commercial benefits
- The sample selector uses the current published coffee value for each selected 1 kg SKU-format item and the published US-48 sample transport schedule. The server validates both before Stripe Checkout; lot availability, destination and order terms are still confirmed before preparation.
- One sample-coffee credit may be reviewed for a qualifying first wholesale purchase of at least 25 kg within 90 days. It is not automatic and excludes shipping and handling, taxes, payment fees and services.
- A sample credit is not combined automatically with a welcome or loyalty promotion. Any combination requires a documented margin validation and written confirmation.
- Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and apply only when included on the confirmed order documents.
8. Product
Coffee is an agricultural product; cup scores, availability and harvest characteristics vary by lot and season. Descriptions and SCA scores reflect evaluation at origin and are provided in good faith.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
