The 300, 600 and 900 kg steps are our anchor rates; the steps between them are estimates until we confirm them, and every step is confirmed in your written quote before payment. Every additional applicable charge is identified in that same quote.

Reviewed by a person, with no published rate. Above this weight the shipment may need more than one pallet, and we confirm the carrier terms in writing before quoting.
A production plan, not a courier countdown. Capacity is 60 kg of green or 50 kg of roasted coffee per workday. The minimums shown assume that full capacity is available for your order; scheduling, packing, export documentation, carrier transit and customs add time. Mixed-format orders need a reviewed production plan. Dispatch and delivery dates are confirmed in writing.
How payment works. Freight above is the published rate for the weight, not a complete landed cost. Your written quote states the coffee, the freight and every additional applicable charge before anything is paid. Payment runs on a private link we send you; we never ask for card details by email or chat.
We do not offer DDP. Routine UPS customs brokerage may be included when applicable; complex clearance can incur extra fees. The written order identifies the importer, required documents and intended payer for duties, taxes and charges. UPS’s applicable terms govern carrier billing and may make the shipper responsible if the consignee or a third party does not pay. This is a formal export channel, separate from small courier shipments. Air freight supports time-sensitive sourcing; consolidated ocean freight may be a better fit when the lowest freight cost matters most, and we will say so when it does.
