Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how Senda Dorada LLC handles the information you share with us when you request a quote, contact us, or correspond about wholesale coffee. We deal with businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from consumers or minors.
2. What we collect
- Business contact details you provide: company name, contact name, email, phone, shipping city/ZIP and country.
- Order details: varieties, volumes, destination and service level you enter in the quote tool.
- Messages you send to our chat assistant or by email/WhatsApp, plus chat language, relevant products, actions, outcome and security or quality flags.
- Sample and wholesale details: selected lots and formats, business contact information, destination and evaluation notes. A local browser draft may be stored so you can continue. Card details are collected directly by Stripe and do not reach our site.
- When you explicitly subscribe, your business email, name, company, United States market eligibility, consent wording, timestamp and source. We store a one-way network identifier for abuse prevention rather than your full IP address.
3. How we use it
- To prepare quotes and sample requests, confirm availability, verify payments made through an authorized order flow, fulfill orders, coordinate the selected shipping term and provide tracking.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To keep records required for export, invoicing and tax compliance.
4. The AI assistant
Our chat assistant ("Don Laverde") is powered by a Google Gemini model accessed through our Google Cloud service. Messages are processed to generate a reply and website conversations are retained for up to 180 days in Google Cloud for service, sales follow-up, security and supervised quality review. Authorized Sales Hub users may review and label transcripts. Raw conversations are not used for automatic training; only redacted, deliberately reviewed examples may enter an evaluation set. Do not share passwords, financial account numbers, or government IDs in the chat.
When you contact Senda Dorada through Instagram or Facebook, we process your messages, comments, and related account information to respond to your questions and provide customer support and sales follow-up. Our Don Laverde assistant may use AI services, including Google Gemini through Google Cloud, to help prepare responses. Authorized Senda Dorada team members may review these interactions and handle cases that require human attention. We retain this information as described in this Privacy Policy and applicable service-provider arrangements.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service and deliver your order — including Google Cloud for chat processing and storage, Hostinger for hosting and Reach email marketing, carriers, and Stripe, which handles card details directly on its own secure pages — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
Website chat conversations are retained for up to 180 days. We keep order and invoicing records as required by applicable law and contact data for as long as needed to serve you. Marketing contacts remain in Hostinger Reach until they unsubscribe, are suppressed or are deleted, subject to the plan limits. You may ask us to update or delete your contact information.
7. Your choices
To access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of further contact, email quotes@sendadorada.com. Hostinger Reach enrollment requires explicit consent and is limited to United States business buyers in this phase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. A commercial-email opt-out is respected independently of whether an opportunity is marked lost; essential transaction messages may still be required for an active order.
