Clear box pricing: every 2.20 lb (1 kg) sample is charged at the same published price per kilogram as the wholesale catalog, plus USD 35 shipping & handling for the first 2.20 lb (1 kg) and USD 9 for each additional 2.20 lb (1 kg) in the same US-48 box. Example: two different samples = the two catalog prices + USD 44 shipping & handling.

Each coffee is one line and shipping & handling is a single consolidated line. Card details stay on Stripe, which also collects your shipping address. Prefer a written quote? Copy the box and send it on WhatsApp instead.
3. We verify, then prepare
The team verifies the payment against Stripe and confirms availability and route before preparing the box. Duties and taxes, address corrections and non-standard routes are excluded unless confirmed in writing.

Know your route before you pay.
We do not offer DDP. UPS transport and customs brokerage assistance follow the selected service, UPS policies and the confirmed written quote. The order identifies the importer, required documents, duties, taxes and brokerage charges.
Evaluate first
Start with a paid 1 kg sample. A sample-coffee credit may be approved on your first qualifying purchase of at least 25 kg within 90 days: up to the lower of the sample coffee price or 5% of the first order's coffee subtotal. One use per business; subject to availability and margin review. Freight, taxes, fees and services are excluded.
Your courier account
Prefer to use your own courier account? Ask us to confirm the service, collection, export documents and responsibilities in writing. This option needs a reviewed quote; it does not remove shipping charges automatically at checkout.
